Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within one day after without giving any reason for doing so.
After the item is delivered, we will give the 14 days to approve or return their order. After the deadline, the company will not entertain return or refund of any product.
If they approve, funds will be released. Funds will be automatically released after [7] business days. The customer gets the fund through the method of payment (Swift, PayPal, Credit card and Sepa). This avoids buyers from taking up time to request a refund and allows buyer to get funds quickly.
Conditions for Returns

The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The Goods which are purchased on discounted price
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (like Edible Items, Toiletries, Skincare) and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- Payments made outside of Tik Tak Deal are not subjected to Refund or Coverage of any sort and could potentially result in termination of account.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
